Yes. Platinum Virtual Solutions requires agents to reside in and be legal to work in the United States.
In order to be successful, you must speak clearly and have basic customer service skills.
Background checks are mandatory for most clients and there are some clients that may require a drug test. Most clients pay for these services to be performed.
There may be a $30 background check fee.
The work from home clients do require a certification to work with them, but there is NO FEE for training.
Every client has different hours; however, the work from home clients do require a commitment of 15 hours per week. There are clients that operate 24/7 as well. You have flexibility to make your own schedule with this program and you are an Independent Contractor (1099).
Job Placement Candidates are paid according to the Client payroll schedule.
Work from home Invoices are paid twice a month. Payment dates are the 1st and 15th of the month.
Work from home only-
You will need a PC laptop or PC desktop, (All in one computers are not compatible at this time), home phone line or digital phone line from cable company (normally integrated with your modem), high speed internet connection, VOIP USB Headset, or a call center Dial pad w/headset telephone.
Windows 10, Windows 11 are what most of the clients are using. Mac OSX may be supported on limited positions.

There are several different clients to choose from which include such services as: customer service, online ordering support, chat support, technical support, and email support.
Platinum Virtual Solutions LLC has a low flat platform service fee of $30 per invoice (rather than offering lower hourly pay), in addition to the fee our partner platform charges $19.75 which is their portal fee for all contractors. We pay our contractors by end of business day on the 1st and 15th of the month. Platinum Virtual Solutions LLC covers the cost of doing business as a partner and these costs include Partner fee’s, bank account fees, payroll fees, computers, software costs, web hosting fees, license fees, direct deposit fee’s and more. The service fee allows us to provide you with support during your certification process and going forward with your ongoing service with our client’s.
Work from home- After application process and certification are completed you will be an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, Sole Proprietor/Freelancer, NOT AN EMPLOYEE, which makes you responsible for your own taxes. Platinum Virtual Solutions LLC does NOT take taxes out and we will provide a 1099 at the end of the year providing your income was over $600.
You are NOT eligible for any unemployment, overtime pay, nor benefits, because you are an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, Sole Proprietor/Freelancer.
